Argentina port reopens after strike talks begin

A major Argentine port slowly began reopening after an eight-day industrial strike paralyzed the important hub, officials and union sources said. “The picket lines are gone,” a union organizer who declined to be identified told AFP, after talks with the government began over wage hikes.
