A narco-trafficker was arrested by the Mexican Navy in possession of a woman’s documents who was found dead in May 2012. The woman, Irasema Becerra, was an administrator of a local newspaper in Veracruz. She was found dead with three photographers. Arrestee Juan Carlos Hernández Pulido is reportedly a member of the Jalisco Nueva Generación cartel, El Financiero reports. Five journalists have been killed in Veracruz so far in 2012.
