Drug mule intercepted in Panama airport; Arrived from Europe with hashish in stomach

Anti-narcotics police in the Tocumen International Airport in Panama arrested a 31-year-old Panamanian man after arriving on a flight from Europe with hashish in his stomach. He was travelling in the company of a 55-year-old Italian woman, Hora Cero reports. X-rays revealed several tablets in his stomach, which after expulsion, totaled to 23. The drugs were contained inside black adhesive. He has been charged with illegal possession of drugs and drug trafficking. The names of the pair have not been released. Read Article
