Zámbiza northeast of Quito Ecuador being evacuated due to raging fires

Elcomercio.comIn the parish of Zámbiza in northeast Quito, tense moments are lived by the wildfire that was reactivated this morning. The Fire Department has evacuated people living near the accident, are located in the Parish Coliseum. There is still no data on how many people have been evacuated. Through twitter Fabricio Councilman Villamar said three houses were destroyed by fire, and called for urgent support to Zámbiza. This information has not been confirmed by firefighters.
