World Bank concerned with China – Latin America relations

China is the undisputed new actor in international politics. It is not only courted the country to come to the aid of the dying economy of European countries, but its policy is becoming more welcome in a world that watches American decline accelerates and Western. China’s foreign policy is the implementation of a political and diplomatic prefer to develop “soft power”-diplomacy, non-interference and multipolarity, as opposed to the traditional model of U.S. and European military intervention and political interference unipolarity (1) . What is occurring in the Maghreb and the Middle East in recent times, or what happened to the emancipatory processes being developed in Latin America in recent years clearly shows it. Read Article
