Venezuela: shortage of toilet paper, political ploy of opposition?

Toilet paper is one of many products in short supply cyclically in Venezuela, whose government also announced the arrival this week of 760,000 tons of food to alleviate the “acute shortage” according to the president of the country, Nicolas Maduro.
