U.S. tourist’s body found floating fully clothed in bay of Santa Marta Colombia

The victim was identified as David James Baker, a 28-year-old from the United States. The lifeless body of a U.S. citizen tourist was rescued Tuesday by Coast Guard personnel after being spotted by fishermen when it floated in the bay of Santa Marta, near the Port Society. The incident occurred at 2:30 pm. Coast Guard commander, Captain Jorge Enrique Uricoechea, said the body was about five meters from the shore and the strange thing is that it was pulled from the water fully clothed, with shoes and even sunglasses.
