U.S. concerned over submarines with drugs that can travel from Ecuador to Los Angeles

noticias.univision.com reported that U.S. officials have seen an increase in the use of at least three models of submersible in the Caribbean. These means of transport, operating with a diesel engine and are built in the jungles of South America, represent a new challenge for the U.S. and Latin American countries, according to the note.
