Tulcán Ecuador: Outbreak of teen suicides since January 2013

Eluniverso.com reported that health authorities Carchí Police are investigating whether it is true that at least 16 Tulcán teens made a pact to commit suicide, as discussed. This situation has caused a stir, because until last Monday three children, ages 14 and 17. chose to take his life. All with their scarves hanging himself.
