Tolé Panama: Indigenous announce peaceful protest for January 9, against hydroelectric project

The April 10 Movement, which groups Ngäbe-Bugle indigenous and peasants, convene a peaceful march this Wednesday, January 9, at 10:30 am from Tolé center to the American Way. The purpose of this march is to draw attention of the government of President Ricardo Martinelli, to the expert’s report to Barro Blanco hydroelectric project on the river Tabasará. Read Article
