Telefonica Chairman dismisses idea that Latin America is near a speculative bubble

Telefonica Chairman Cesar Alierta, today dismissed the possibility that Latin America has gestated a speculative bubble. “There is none at all. The ratings are still below their potential, “said the chief executive of the operator during his speech at the opening ceremony of the XII Latibex Forum, organized by Spanish Stock Exchanges and Markets (BME).
