Táchira, Venezuela: Colombian gang member detained with explosive device

Modus Operandi of some of these gangs is to use explosives (grenades) to extort money from their businesses. No name of gang or gangs given in news report. Many of these extortionists operate on motorcycles.
aldia24.com reported that a dangerous offender Colombian national and a member of a criminal gang, was arrested by officers attached to the station Politáchira Rubio, those who participated in the El Tejar when he was driving a motorcycle carrying an explosive device.
