Santa Marta Colombia: transport of coal suspended, complaints over dust

Suspended coal transportation within the city limits of Santa Marta, until companies take measures to control the dust that is affecting communities. The decision of the environmental authority of Santa Marta is related to complaints of residents of several communities in the west of the city that have been affected with respiratory diseases by dust left by trucks to transport coal in the urban perimeter.
