Russia Offers Anti-Narcotic Aid to Guatemala

From lainformacion.com on August 3, 2013- The Vice President of the Russian Senate, Alexander Torshin, offered his country’s support to combat drug trafficking in Guatemala after visiting the Guatemalan legislature. Torshin stated that his country is willing to share its experiences with fighting drug trafficking and terrorism, and that in the coming months they will be training Guatemalan drug agents. This is the second time that Russia has trained Guatemalan police forces in combating drug trafficking, the first time was in 2010. Read Article
