Risaralda Colombia: Concern over juvenile delinquency

Although the rate of juvenile delinquency in Risaralda are low compared to cities like Cali, Medellin and Bogota, no longer worrying figures revealed in the inter-institutional table working on sanctions within the system of criminal liability for teens.
According Jairo Alberto Martinez, director of the Research Line in Childhood and Adolescence, criminal acts committed most often young people are drug trafficking, illegal possession of weapons, attempted murder and crimes against life, all with a high level of severity. Read Article
