Rains inundate Colombia, second winter rains expected through December

Second winter season has left 28 dead, 37 wounded and 79 000 people affected.
The second winter season of the year, sweeping the country for a month and a half this weekend left a tragic toll: four dead and eight missing. One of the most serious cases are presented on Saturday, on the road between Medellin Quibdó, at the height of the site on 10, when an avalanche fell on three men and a woman were traveling by motorcycle.
