Quito Ecuador: Another Clandestine Rehabilitation Clinic Close

Eluniverso.com reported that an addiction rehabilitation clinic was closed yesterday in Guayllabamba, in northern Quito, apparently for work without permits. To investigate further whether in that place a patient sexually abused.
