Puntarenas Costa Rica: U.S. tourist dies in fall down stairs at condo

An American woman, identified as Debra Ann Sines, 59, died after falling down the stairs of the condo where he was staying according to Nacion.com. Authorities said the incident occurred at 3 am in one of the condos Tulemar Hotel in Manuel Antonio de Aguirre, Puntarenas. Carlos Martinez, head of the security forces in the area, said the Red Cross relief workers said the victim died at the scene.
