Protest Tula Mexico, against high rate of femicide

AFP reported that about 400 people protested on Sunday in Tula, in the Mexican state of Hidalgo (center), arguing that there have been 11 disappearances of femicide and six women over the last two months in that region, as authorities recognize only seven homicides against women because gender.
“Our city is experiencing a wave of uncontrollable violence,” he told AFP a young man who preferred not to give his name, while demonstrating in Tula, a city with a floating population of about 200,000 people and in which many women work at night. Read Article
