President Chavez of Venezuela is suffering kidney failure after intense chemotherapy

According to El Nuevo Herald, newspaper of enormous influence in the Hispanic community in Miami, the president presents a picture of aplastic anemia, the disappearance of the cells responsible for blood production in the bone marrow, which was complicating its medical.
Bone marrow aplasia may be total, affecting the production of white blood cells like red, or partially, when only restricts the production of only one of the two cell types.
The surgeon Gustavo León, who practice the profession for 30 years in Miami, said that the cycles of chemotherapy can cause aplastic anemia and kidney problems. Read Article
