Polish citizen arrested Bogota Colombia second time for theft

It has been several times in prison for trafficking and possession of drugs.
The police claimed to have captured in the last week to 21 criminal suspects involved, among others, the distribution and sale of illicit drugs and of being the perpetrators of robberies, especially of phones, in the center of the city. Among those arrested Kanichal Albin, a Polish man who had been several times in prison for trafficking and possession of drugs and theft of telephone cable. “This time I stole a water meter in the industrial area,” said the stranger, who in the late 90’s and early the next decade was devoted to transport drugs between Venezuela and Europe, in suitcases with false bottoms. For two years he lived on the streets of Bogota Bronx and though it is on the move and was asked Interpol for extradition for drug trafficking and forgery in Poland, the authorities had released several months ago for lack of evidence in a case of theft of telephone cable.
