Police Seize 635 Kilograms of Marijuana on Highway in Brazil

On February 25, 2013, Campo Grande News reported that police arrested a 30 year-old man in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul after they found a large amount of marijuana beneath the cabin of his car.  Police also said that he was driving without a license, and could not be identified at the scene.  The man said that he had picked the drugs up in Sete Quedas, a Brazilian town on the border with Paraguay.  He said that the drugs were intended for the town of Eldorado, but police suspect that the drugs were headed for other states.  Read Article
