Peru: Minister of Women states mother who had her three year old daughter pierced could face prison

The Peruvian Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations, Ana Jara, expressed his disapproval of the action of a mother of 17 who took his young daughter to a local clandestine Lima to put a “piercing” in the eyebrow.
