Peru-Argentina drug route dismantled by authorities; Possible route to Europe

Police arrested five people in the Buenos Aires area after discovering 3,030 kilograms of cocaine and substances used to treat it. 13 raids were performed in the area, leading to the seizure of the substances, La Razon reports. Three of the detained individuals are reported to be citizens of Peru, Paraguay, and Argentina. They are believed to belong to an international drug trafficking ring that transports drugs from Peru to Argentina. The ring is also thought to transport drugs to Europe by using mules.
