Peru and Brazil Strengthen Alliance on Border Concerns

On August 23, 2013 Terra reported that the governments of Peru and Brazil signed an agreement in Lima, Peru to help increase development and improve border control in the region as an effort to promote trade. Issues among discussion included human and drug trafficking. Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Patriota will visit Peru this November to celebrate ten years of a strategic bilateral alliance between both countries to cover areas of energy, infrastructure and economic growth.
