Paraguayan journalists protest media censorship

As Paraguayan journalist, Sandra López, awaits a verdict in court today for charges of defamation and slander against businesswoman and Baila conmigo contestant, Zuni Castiñeira, fellow journalists are holding a “silent” protest on the sixth floor, according to About 30 journalists with tape in the shape of a cross over their mouths have joined the protest to express their disapproval of the way members of the press are treated by the judicial system.
