Paraguay will export soybeans by way of railroad to the Triple Frontier

Paraguay has received the necessary finances to begin planning the construction of a railway to transport soybeans from the mountains of Curupayty to the Missiones and Barranqueras ports in Argentina, near the Triple Border of Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina. The South Korean government has agreed to help the Paraguayan Railroad company with a study to verify if the project is feasible, according to impulsonegocios.com. The technicians have been given a year and a half and $2 million to complete the study and the planning process. The construction of the railway is set to begin in 2013 and will make Paraguayan soybeans available for export all over the world.
