Paraguay, 25 women kidnapped over the last ten years

Police records show that in Paraguay kidnapping is a crime that mostly affects women. With Dalia Scappini plagiarism, and are 25 women who were kidnapped in the last 10 years.
Police investigators noted that this is because the bands of kidnappers prey on the weakness of their victims to catch them, and then submit them to captivity. In 2001, the first woman kidnapped in Paraguay in the new millennium was Ramona Espinola, in Pedro Juan Caballero, Amambay. Read Article
