Pará, Brazil: Suspects Arrested for Drug Trafficking and Possession of Explosive Material

agenciapara.com.br reported on September 19, 2013 that the Civil Police detained four suspects for drug trafficking activity in the village resort of Santarém , Pará. The police seized drugs and materials used to pack the narcotics. The operation in the village is an attempt to control drug trafficking and other related crimes such as theft and burglary in the area. In one of the suspect’s house, police discovered explosive material. Two of the suspects are suspected of luring tourists visiting the area to engage in narcotic activity. Read Article
