Oaxaca remains green alert for rains, 17 dead

The director of the State Institute of Civil Protection, Manuel Sánchez Maza, reported that green alert remains in Oaxaca by heavy rains that have occurred during the last week.
He said in recent days there have been tours of affected areas in different regions of the state, where damage was corroborated in communities, road infrastructure, roads and crop areas. Read Article
