Negotiations between inmates at Tocuyito and Venezuelan government, at standstill

Tocuyito paralyzed
Dialogue is broken in case of kidnapping Tocuyito jail between prisoners and authorities. Prisoners say the Ministry of Corrections and President Chavez as responsible for the situation. This Friday were frozen the negotiations between the inmates Tocuyito and national authorities. A total of 52 workers remain in captivity, as leverage to ensure compliance with the transfer of inmates from El Rodeo and other prisons. Read Article
