Mexico rule, many politicians once in power use government aircraft as private air fleet

Carmen Aristegui, undoubtedly the best journalist in Mexico, released a recording of a telephone conversation in which Fidel Herrera Beltrán, when he was governor of Veracruz, gave his wife a government-owned aircraft for personal travel she realized. In the talk, Herrera says he will move the aircraft in an entrepreneur. Unfortunately, he did Fidel Herrera is not the exception but the rule: almost all leading politicians, once they got into a position of some importance forget commercial aircraft to use because it gives them, for all his travels, work or on vacation, government or rented aircraft from the treasury.
