Mexico: Polo Hurricane Advances Northwest as Category I, gusts of 150 km

cronica.com.mx reported the national meteorological service (SMN) informed that Polo continues its advance towards the Northwest as a hurricane category I on the Saffir-Simpson scale, with maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 150.

At 13:00 the meteorological phenomenon was located 235 kilometers southwest of Manzanillo, Colima, and 745 miles southeast of Cabo San Lucas, in Baja California Sur, so it continues active area on alert from Punta San Telmo, Michoacán, to Cabo Corrientes, Jalisco. Read Article
