Manaus, Brazil: Suspect Arrested at Airport for Drug Trafficking

acritica.uol.com.br reported on September 23, 2013 that a suspect was detained at the Eduardo Gomes International Airport in Santos Dumont, Manaus for transporting 12 kg of marijuana in his luggage. The suspect was traveling from Rio de Janeiro, receiving R$6,000 to transport the drug between both cities. He was previously arrested in England for drug trafficking and was residing in Brazil for 11 months. Read Article
