Human trafficking and abductions, problem in eastern zone of Tijuana Mexico

Fernando Flores Oceguera warned that criminal gangs trafficking practiced in the eastern part of the city so far this year there is a record of at least a dozen cases .

As part of the commemoration of the Day of the Disappeared (held with a Mass in the new Cathedral of Tijuana), Fernando Oceguera, said the apparent calm that exists in the entity is derived from an agreement between authorities and criminal organizations. there is fear among the families of the girls who have been abducted, because they are victims of threats to stop attending the PGJE to denounce the situation.
