The court to which the matter was settled appropriated the Criminal Case 240/2012, while
that the woman was being held in the Corrections Center number one in Hermosillo, Sonora, pending the determination of their legal status.

PGR arrested subject for use of weapons and explosives in Hermosillo Sonora. Mexico

Hermosillo Sonora September 12, 2012.-The Federal Public Ministry assigned to
Sonora Delegation in the Attorney General’s Office in the Court appropriated
First District of the record company that integrated AP/PGR/SON/HER-III/1108/2012
against a woman, for their alleged responsibility in the commission of the crime of violation of
Federal Firearms and Explosives.
According to the report that State Police, Public Safety, and the
Mexican Army arrested that person in a house on North Missions, Bachoco colony, where located and secured the following:

1.Fifteen handguns
2.Ten rifles
3. 13 thousand 759 cartridges of different calibers
4. 96chargers of different calibers,
5. three vehicles, two of them apparently armored.
6. Four bulletproof vests, and two currency counters.
7. 76 portable radios, 56 radios chargers, three radio bases
8. six plates bulletproof vests, ten full black trimmings, seven belts; 18 Slings, three
pouches, and various military-style clothing.

In the place of today consigned arrested, who started against the said inquiry noted prior crime, in the mode of collection and possession of weapons and cartridges that are for the exclusive use of the Army, Air Force and Navy of Mexico, and storage
uniforms of the National Defense Secretariat
