Hacker Exposes Ex-President Lula’s Personal Information in Brazil

On January 11, 2013, O Estado de São Paulo reported that a hacker said to have posted personal information of influential Workers’ Party (PT) members convicted in the Mensalão scandal now has posted sensitive personal information from Brazil’s ex-President, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.  The hacker, using the Twitter handle @nbdu1nder, also posted information on senators Aécio Neves (PSDB) and Renan Calheiros (PMDB), as well as Ricardo Lewandowski, a Supreme Federal Tribunal justice.  “I only needed information on the big bosses.  Their hour has now come,” the hacker said.  His information came from the Brazilian company Serasa.  Read Article
