Former Colombian President believes Ecuador’s President good candidate in peace talks with ELN

lahora.com.ec reporte the former Colombian President and appointed Secretary-General of Unasur, Ernesto Samper, he said yesterday that the President of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, would be a “good partner” to seek peace between the Government of Juan Manuel Santos and the army of national liberation (ELN). Samper valued at Caracol Radio the participation of Ecuador in a possible table of dialogue between the Executive and the army of national liberation (ELN), similar to that established in Havana in November 2012 to seek the end of the conflict with the revolutionary armed forces of Colombia (FARC).
