FARC proposes at peace talks for legalization of marijuana, poppy, coca leaf crops

According to carcol.com, FARC proposed legalize some marijuana crops, poppy and coca leaf in the country, and to suspend the granting of mining rights and concessions for oil exploration and extraction.
