El Alto, Bolivia: Between 2 and 3 Children Disappear Every Day

On July 15, 2013 La Razón Noticias reported that, according to records of the Special Crime-Fighting Force, between two and three children disappear in the city of El Alto every day. Additionally, 20% of said cases go unsolved. Authorities suspect that the children and adolescents who go missing from their homes may be victims of human trafficking. Read Article
