Ecuador Signs Military Accord with China

Posted on September 4, 2014 • Filed under: China, Ecuador, Police/Military Activity reported Ecuador and China signed a military cooperation accord in order to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Ecuador and China signed on Wednesday in Quito an agreement on military assistance aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of defense between both countries. The deal was signed by Minister Maria Fernanda Espinosa and Chinese Ambassador Wang Shi Xiong and it includes a US$4.8 million provision from China to Ecuador. Read Article
