Ecuador requires letter of invitation for Cubans wanting to enter the country

Ecuavisa.com reported that Ecuador’s government announced that from next Monday Cubans who want to enter the country must submit a letter of invitation, after Havana implement immigration reform that will allow most citizens leave the country as alone with his passport. The Ecuadorian or foreign resident in Ecuador to invite must make a sworn statement in which it agrees to cover all costs of the Cuban and demonstrate financial solvency by submitting your last filed income tax.
