Ecuador: Quito North residents concerned with insecurity issues

Crime, vandalism and consumption of liquor remains in distress to the inhabitants of Quito Norte neighborhood. Stories of armed assault, burglary to homes, commercial premises, among others, are constant and this is compounded by the disunity of the people, exacerbating the problem of insecurity.
