Ecuador, El Nino may grow September through October, and persist through winter

According to lahora.com.ec If confirmed the phenomenon of El Niño, is very likely to be of “low intensity”, says the WMO.
The El Nino weather phenomenon could grow again in September and October and persist during the winter, predicted Tuesday the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).

According to the latest quarterly newsletter Boy / Girl of the UN agency, the sea surface temperature in the tropical Pacific increased in July and August this year, to levels corresponding to a weak El Nino anomaly intensity. Read Article
