Drug Trafficking in the Triple Frontier is a cultural problem according to Argentine Federal Judge

The federal judge who succeeds to Eldorado Posadas, Jose Luis Casals, says there is a miscommunication of what is done in the area and swears he did well in the fight against drug trafficking, but said that the true origin of all there is defined in the Penal Code.
