Dengue warning in Limón, Costa Rica

A real emergency exists in the province of Limón, which is being hit by an epidemic of dengue, because so far this year have gone to the Tony Facio Hospital Consultation, 5 000 people, of whom 2006 tested positive , 547 discarded and 2285 are to be confirmed or suspected cases. The activation of the warning is given because circulating in the province three of the four dengue serotypes.
