Cubans using Ecuador as transit route to US, 160 arrested Costa Rica this week

Authorities in Costa Rica in a week arrested about 160 illegal Cuban migrants who traveled from Ecuador to the United States who sought refuge, said Thursday the Director General of Immigration, Kathya Rodriguez.
