Colombia: attorney from office of international affairs detained for passing information to narcos

Freddy Tellez JUDICIAL worked in the office of international affairs and prosecuting body, according to research, documents leaked to him capos. As Freddy Mauricio Buitrago Téllez was identified Prosecution official designated by the Attorney-General’s Office, Eduardo Montealegre, if the alleged perpetrator of the release of documents related to Colombian drug extraditions. The investigation began with the suspicion on behalf of the investigating body that had a leak of information regarding the processes having to ask. Since then, sought by other national entities which handle these cases, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Two weeks ago, the investigation resulted in the alleged infiltration was in the bunker itself, home of the prosecution. According to research, since February this year, Freddy Mauricio Tellez, an administrative assistant in the office of International Affairs prosecuting body, decided to collaborate with drug traffickers.
