Colombia, Aguilas Negras spread phamplets in Bogota warning street theater groups to leave

Twelve street theater groups in Bogota this week turned on the alarm and called for measures to protect the authorities, after a wave of threatening pamphlets signed by the Aguilas Negras criminal gang in part composed of former paramilitaries. On Tuesday, the headquarters of the artistic groups in the south of the city received the texts signed by the central block of the Black Eagles, a band composed of former right-wing paramilitaries.
