Cochabamba Bolivia to offer amnesty to users of clandestine water, sewage connecitons

The Authority for Drinking Water and Sanitation (AAPS) announced that in the coming weeks will have an amnesty to regularize illegal connections of water and sewerage in the city of Cochabamba, as similar to that already used in the cities of La Paz and El Alto .

“We are planning at least until the end of the month and would to some extent also in this department (Cochabamba), we gathered with Fejuve states (Federation of Neighborhood) of this department, we have also summoned Semapa (Municipal Water Service Drinking Cochabamba) and what we do is a technical analysis, financial and socio-economic, which will reflect to some extent, “said the executive director of the AAPS, Edson Ruins for digital interview to Oxygen.
